Shipping policy


All Greeting Card orders over £25 qualify for free UK delivery! 


For orders with a value of less than £25.00, there is a postage charge of £3.50
.  
Greeting card orders are posted within 3-4 working days from Okehampton, Devon, UK with Royal Mail Tracked 48 post. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Please take a moment to double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Unfortunately, I am unable to take responsibility for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address, and we will not be able to offer a refund on the postage in these instances.

Tracking & Updates

You'll receive:

  • Email confirmation when you place your order
  • Message from our courier when your cards are on their way

All Art Print orders are shipped using a fulfillment service and the cost of postage is a flat rate of £6.45 for UK customers. 

During busy periods, please allow for postage delays.


I am very happy to ship overseas but will need to add postage for this, please use drop down menu to select International shipping and I will let you know the exact cost.

All my items are packaged up very carefully to ensure they reach you in one piece. 

Please note that orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. The buyer is liable for these duties should they occur.

Returns:

If you're not happy with your order in any way, please get in touch at the earliest opportunity and quote your order number.

If you would like to return your order to me within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange the item must be unused, be in its original packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Items bought in the sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact me about your order before returning anything. You can send an email direct or fill out my contact form.

I recommend that you send your order back to me using a tracked delivery service as I cannot be held responsible for any parcel lost during transit to me.
