Refund policy

If you're not happy with your order in any way, please get in touch as soon as you can at hello@gabydoodle.co.uk., or through my contact form, quoting your order number.

Changing your mind
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Please email me before sending anything back and I'll give you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and I recommend a tracked service, as I can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to me.

Faulty or damaged items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please email me as soon as possible, with a photo if you can, and I'll advise you on the best way to put it right. Usually that means a replacement or a full refund, including postage. Please don't return a damaged item without contacting me first.

Custom prints
Custom prints are made to order, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once I've received and checked a returned item, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
