Art Prints

Art print orders are shipped via a fulfilment service at a flat rate of £6.45 for UK customers.

International shipping is available for both cards and prints — please select International Shipping at checkout and I'll be in touch with the exact postage cost. Please be aware that orders outside the UK may be subject to local duties, taxes or fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is placed you'll get an email confirmation straight away. When your cards are on their way, you'll hear from the courier directly with tracking information.

During busy periods such as Christmas, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Your Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address, and we wouldn't be able to offer a refund in those cases.

Returns

If anything isn't right, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help. There is a contact form at the bottom of this page and the email will come direct to me.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact me before sending anything back, either by email or via the contact form. I'd recommend using a tracked service as I can't be held responsible for parcels lost on their way back to me.
